Yesterday, I went to Kottayam to take the first step in planning my homestay project—a land survey.

The reason I started with a land survey is because I wanted to understand the property properly before making any decisions. It gives me a clear picture of what can be done in each part of the land, so I can plan everything carefully.

One thing I’ve noticed is that many places are developed without a proper plan. I want to do things differently. I want every part of this property to have a purpose.

The land is only 15 cents, so space is limited. But instead of seeing that as a challenge, I see it as an opportunity to design every corner thoughtfully. I’ll be creating a proper layout so guests know where everything is, and the entire experience feels well planned.

I really enjoy this process of planning and bringing ideas to life. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to share the journey with you.
